If two beers a day can add a few years to your life, I am gonna live forever.

I have lost 70 pounds and have been able to keep if off for over 4 years by following my beer diet. Anytime I start getting hungry, instead of reaching for chips or getting a burger, I just pop open a light beer. Works for me.

German beers have to meet the same  health requirements as German bread ( we know what great breads from Germany are like!)- so beer is actually regulated as "liquid bread".

The photo is of an "Irish Ho" - (I didn't name it) it's a black and tan made with Guiness and Hogarten beer.  Had this with my ribs the other night - Like good ol' Ben Franklin said "Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy." And if he really didn't say it, he should have. I am a better cook and bartender than a photographer, so please ignore all the junk in the background of the photo.

YEAH BABY!!!  Beer is good!  I keep trying different beers to see if I can find the "perfect" beer.  Still looking.  Like is too short to drink cheap/bad beer.

If beer is healthy than I added a few years to my life yesterday at BockFest.  Here I am keeping an eye on my friend's booth, The Josef Bierbitzch Brewery.  This was right before the fest opened.  No one was in any condition to take pictures afterward.
