Can't say I have seen a high end steak place do a reverse sear.

And did you notice the slow orange Thermapen....... ???

I have a Twin sister and according to my mother, she liked to push me out of the crib and watch me bounce my head on the floor. I don't think I am any worse for wear ???

Apparently we are related....Mine used to throw "pineapples" at me....And I had to put the pin back in quickly :D
