Hello,
Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I'm an amateur when it comes to grilling/smoking but look forward to learning and participating with as many of you as often as my time allows. BTW Savannah TX is about 30 miles north of Dallas on highway 380

Great to have you - I know Tommy told you about LTBBQ, and I hope you feel right at home here. No questions are too basic, and don't worry about asking anything.
We enjoy helping one another be successful. It is part of the fun of outdoor cooking!
