I've had the double-cut big kahuna at Gibson's sister restaurant. (Hugo's Frog Bar - they share the kitchen with Gibson)

Save your money and grill one in your back yard.  Over *wood*.    Not a 1300° gas fired broiler.

Adding insult to injury (to your wallet) - not a Fat Tire to be found!

I will say the Weber Grill in Chicago is a great steak house....and I am not surprised that they did not make the list as it is not a fancy place, and they do have Fat Tire on tap.
