Some of you in warmer climates are planting you gardens. Here in Ohio it will be mid-May before I plant.
If you plant enough you store some for the winter you might want to use lacto fermentation; it is an old method of preserving and has a lot of good health benefits too. I have been doing sauerkraut and it is so much better than store bought.

I found that Cultures for Health web site has a lot of good equipment and information. They have free eBooks for downloading and the one I downloaded on Lacto Fermentation is better than one I bought.
A lot of you have android devices so are all set for eBooks. I just have desk top PC’s so I downloaded a program called Calibri eBook management. It is versatile and will download almost all forms of eBooks.

They also have eBooks on making yogurt, cheese and sourdough bread. Following is the link.
