Just wanted to through it out there. Nepas has the SEGA SO, and I have the Midwest SO. If any of you would like to attend this years Smoke Out it will be July 28th in Cascade, Ia. In my back yard. Here is the link to the thread that has been running on the Bradley Forum, just to get things started. I can answer questions as we go.

... planning how much meat to buy.

"Planning?"  I thought you just went out and bought as much as you could and then went back for another load.

Right now I have 8 Boston Butts, 2 Whole Choice Ribeyes, 3 Full Pork Loins (2 of which still have the backbone attached they from a hog I had butchered), 2 Briskets (6 more on order from Texas), and a boatload of different sausages and snack stixs in the freezer. I just need to figure out what I am going to be pulling out and thawing/cooking
