Title: 3 kinds of legs
Post by: muebe on December 03, 2011, 12:01:24 AM
I made another 16 chicken legs on the Traeger. 5 were seasoned with Costco's sweet mesquite rub, 5 were seasoned with Jan's rub, and the last 6 were rubbed with brown sugar, wrapped with maple bacon, and sprinkled with some Rosemary. They were cooked in the Traeger at 375F with a 50/50 mix of Maple and Pecan ;D

Yet another good looking meal.   Now is the silicone bands necessary or do you just like to use them?
