Christmas came early this year in the form of a Pit Barrel Cooker.  I'm gonna test it out tonight on some baby back ribs.

The guests and my wife all loved the ribs.  I'd say the PBC was a huge success.  I can't wait to use it again.

This is how I do my Christmas Day ribs for the family.  It's so easy in the PBC.  They almost cook themselves and there's no need to be flipping or foiling or any other distractions -- just bake 'em up in the PBC.  I usually wind up overcooking them a little but nobody ever complains  ;D
