Wangs!

I cook them with the 'handle' on as well.    Then clip before serving.   Makes for some good smokey chicken stock..    ;)

I have been cutting the flippers off lately and turning them into drumettes. I can get more on the grill this way.....

Good video and the wings looked very, very good.

I trialled Noah's seasoning & glaze on country style ribs which I cut up into small bites & serve as an appetizer, great seasoning!

When I make Buffalo or Birmingham wings I clip them into drummettes and flats and save the tips for crab bait or chicken stock. When I am frying them or smoking them I leave the tips on and fold them under like Keymaster does.

Hey OD- Here it is :)

Use the grill grate,  I believe you are at sea level so you will leave either one or two rods in, for us here in Colorado we take them out when cooking the wings. You will want to use a dry rub on the wings, put them on the grill grate don't layer them, cook them for about 30 minutes, flip them and glaze with your favorite bbq sauce let them cook another 5 minutes. flip them again glaze the other side, crack your lid a bit to get the heat going and cook them for another 5 minutes. Once again these times are based on our elevation so it may be a little different for you. Hope this helps they were delicious!! Amber

I cooked some country style ribs using this recipe ( glazing with BBQ sauce & sirrachi)
Cut then into bite sized bits & served with toothpicks .
They went fast!
