Wings Noah's Way
« Reply #-1 on: February 03, 2013, 02:46:56 PM »
Gave wing another shot today. Need to stop trying this when it's friken cold out.

Started with six pounds of drumlets (wing pieces).

Got my dry rub going. Jan's spicy and a few extra's that I had just sitting there.

All dusted and waiting to hit the PBC

A few extras that I couldn't fit on the grill and the homemade BBQ sauce and sriracha sauce.

After the first mopping

Brought inside and resting. Still need to work on some of the timings as there where some pretty black ones. I just went with the timings on the video but seems I need to work on the first flip over time. This is when I got the burnt side on some.

Getting all packed away to take to work tonight. Going to eat ribs and wings and hopefully watch some of the game in my office. Shhh don't tell the boss..... :D :D  Oh ya I am the boss  ;)

Too cold for me, I would be afraid my beer would freeze before I could drink it.
