Bundt cake Chicken and Tatonka Dust
« Reply #-1 on: June 01, 2014, 09:20:19 PM »
So I remembered a old post about doing chicken in a bundt cake pan. I was at the dollarama store here in town and picked a pan up for 2 bucks. Thought what the heck lets give this a try. Got a yard bird and all the fixings.....veggies and potatoes. Added chicken stock to the pan also. Got the PBC going and added the bird in the pan. Kept the temp around 250-300 F. near the end of the cook I lifted the lid to get some nice crisp skin and get the potatoes a tad hotter.

Outstanding Don!!!

I would strain the au jus in the pan - and make a gravy with it. Then - tomorrow have open face roasted chicken ( with gravy of course  ;D) sandwiches on toasted bread..... ;) ;D
