Thanks everyone, it was just another way we can cook chicken and all the fixings. I know someone on here brought it up one time but did not want to use their expensive bundt cake pan. I paid like $3.25 plus tax at one of those dollarama store we have all over in our city so I wasn't worried about ruining a pan  :D
As it turned out the pan came through with flying colors.
The whole meal took 2 hours from start to finish.

Great way to cook the chicken! Might even be better than a beer butt chicken.
