I've scheduled a session at the gym with my trainer on Thursday morning, hopefully that will help with the indulgence of the rest of the day. ::)

Thank you Ahron! You know us all too well my friend!
I know it's not Thanksgiving for you in South Africa but hope you and your family have a safe, peaceful, and satisfying weekend! 8)

Thanks Ahron! "Thanksgiving" should be everyday...but -I will be grateful for one day to enjoy the foods that we treat as special, and gather with friends and family to reflect on the many blessings we have. Times may be hard - but if we are really honest with ourselves, we have much more to be grateful and thankful for than we could possibly complain about.
I am thankful for all of the folks here that have become like family, and look forward welcoming more in the family!

That means more beer to replenish the carbs I'll burn. ;)

We will be going down to the valley to Wendys sisters house and I will be off-line till Friday. After everything that has happened lately, Wendy pointed out to me that I have many things to still be thankful for...........
A very safe and happy Thanksgiving to each and everyone of you and all of your families.
