My quick lunch today was 3 of the left over Asian dry rub ribs cold, some of my last batch of kraut, and a piece of bread with some compound butter.
The kraut was from a half gallon I made for my New Year’s Day good luck supper. I think it is the best batch I have made, good texture and very sour.
The compound butter was with gorgonzola cheese, dried garlic flakes and some Savor All (WOW) seasoning. It was a stick of butter, about 3 good TBS. of crumbled gorgonzola, a good tsp. of dried garlic flakes and 2 good tsp. of Savor All. It was great and can’t wait to try some on a good steak!

Nice lunch!

Wow, that compound butter sounds great, Don. And Gorgonzola happens to be my favorite blue cheese to boot.
I will definitely be getting some Gorgonzola on my next trip to the grocer.

That WOW compound butter is some good stuff, I use it on my corn and have been known to add some Tabasco to the mixture when making it. ;)
