Cooked a 20 oz. prime ribeye with charcoal.
Sprinkled with a lot of Weber steak & chop seasoning .
Small fire on one end of grill & steak on other end for 15 min of smoking.
Brought fire just below grate & steak over fire , five minutes later I was sure I'd ruined ???
Fire way down & finished 4 min other side.
Told my wife if inedible we'd go out :-[
Well TASTED GREAT not burned, just a little char flavor ::)
I didn't take pics till end so only one.
Tasted like a steakhouse steak cooked @ 1100F but with a smoke flavor!

That is a Pittsburg style steak for sure ;)

I hate it when I lose the invitation to dinner at LA's, especially on steak night.
