Title: Big Easy Chicken

Made a whole chicken in the Big Easy the other night. Coated with Kirkland Signature Sweet Mesquite Seasoning from Costco. It was fantastic ;)

That chicken looks like a winner to me, and to think I was just at Costco this past Wednesday and didn't get that rub.  >:(
