Title: Blackened Chicken

I used some of T-2's Mo Rockin Chicken Rub. The wife insisted on the Lime Suppository ;) Went 45 minutes on high with this 3 pound clucker.

I'm thinkin a little to much sugar for the SRG makes for a Black Clucker. Still it was Juicy as could be ;D

When I have done blackened chicken it wasn't even edible!!  Glad yours was!!
