BBQ and what one thinks is good BBQ is very much a regional thing.  If you ever find yourself in or near Greenville, NC around Noon please check out B's BBQ on B's Barbecue Road.  I do not know what time they start serving but they are only open until around 2:00PM each day.  It is honestly an old style BBQ Shack.  They have a small area with tables indoors and they have a take-out window on the outside.  If you want to taste an excellent example of Eastern N.C. Pork BBQ and BBQ Chicken then B's is the place.

Ken,
Our son went to ECU.  I ate at B's BBQ several times while he was in school.  This is one of those places that you simply "follow your nose" to the good smells and great food.  I have been there when they were getting ready to shut down early.  They were about our of food for the day.
