Thought I would drop in and say hello... Have been using my PBC for almost a year and absolutely love it. Ill try to add some pictures of my cooks in the next couple of days. Planning to do a Char Siu Pork Loin sometime this weekend when the weather heats up to the 50's. Ill let you know how it goes.
