Doing a whole brisket tomorrow and wondering if you guys have a good bread/roll recipe to make to go with it. This is really my first brisket so not too sure what would go best. Was thinking of making some good burger buns but thought maybe you guys had a better option. Lets hear it!

Some good burger buns gets my vote.

If you're straying from the traditional staple (Wonder Bread/cheap white bread) you might want to go with some kind of crusty loaf, onion rolls, or sourdough. As my ex might say, you'll be "ever so."

X2 on crusty bread.

Are you using them as dinner rolls or for brisket sandwiches?
If they are for sandwiches I would make a brisket melt using rye bread... Yum!
Otherwise the amphibious one has some good ideas :P

We have a loaf of no knead bread we did yesterday that might just fit the bill. Still may make a few buns too. Thanks for the input.

I am leaning towards sesame seed buns...............

So we are going to do King Arthur's beautiful burger buns but with bread flour instead of ap. Brisket is closing in and oven is warming up, should be good!
