Eating appetizers instead of a meal while watching football.
Pulled X-large shrimp marinated in Italian & balsamic dressings.
Half cooked bacon wrapped on shrimp.
SRG with apple pellets, pre heated then cooked shrimp on low ,
Tasty

Those look great.
Do you use the side wood chip/pellet holder on your SRG. I find that it doesn't do much of anything in mine. I've tried wood chips and pellets. Though they do burn, to me it seems that the smoke goes up the side between the chamber and right out the top thru the vents.

The chip holders work poorly, I tossed mine.
I put a couple handfuls pellets or chips against the wall of the pot

The wood smoker side drawer worked good for me but I don't like heavy smoke :) Is why :)
