Got over a foot of snow so far today. Can't even see the BBQ let alone use it

So I threw a Pork Cottage Roll in the Dutch oven with onions, celery, carrots, peppercorns, juniper berries, and bay leaf.

Cooked that for 2 1/2 hours on low boil. Strained and saved the broth to boil cabbage.
Glazed with Dijon, Maple syrup and orange marmalade and into the rotisserie to set up the glaze.

Would have loved to smoke it on the Akorn, but still good belly full down home style cooking.

Oh heck yeah! Looks fantastic!! :)

I am lucky. My cookers are under an overhang on my deck, so I cook year round. We got about 6" of snow this last weekend but my PBC worked flawlessly.

YUM! There's nothing better than a meal like that on a cold blustery day. We're getting some snow right now.

Looks great!
Spring is coming tho!

Winter has slowed me down but not completely stopped me.
We are having unseasonably warm weather here.(highs in the high 60's, low 70's)
March will probably be a holy terror. ??? ??? ???

Great looking winter food but I have to say it looks good enough to eat anytime.
