Title: First cook with my Smokey Joe
Post by: TMB on February 15, 2017, 08:56:47 AM
For the first cook on my Smokey Joe I did steak & lobster

Love this little grill, just the right size for the two of us.

I tossed Kimmie's steak on 10 mins before mine  :-X :-X :-X :-X  yes had to bite my tongue when it was the last piece to come off the grates.   BTW, the GrillGrates really helped out !!

What a guy!  Burnt offerings for his wife on Valentine's Day.  And a lobster tail.

You mean JERKY  ??? ??? ???
Just kills me how someone wants to burn a steak that bad  :(

Even P.E.T.A would be upset to know I have ruined a good piece of meat  :D :D :D

Great looking steak Tommy.

I could eat Kimmies, But I would prefer yours. I like mine red inside & almost black outside.
