Decided to make some breakfast.
Here are the players- eggs, bacon, hash browns, peppers & onions, and ingredients for mimosas. The cheese was late and didn't make the class picture.

Added the omelets to the griddle. Looks like the bacon is trying to make an escape.

Turned out great. I still have to work on my timing as I left the bacon on a little too long and it was a little crisper then I intended.
Tom's fix for the grease drainage (the 90* elbow) worked great.
I see this getting a lot of use in the future.

I've been cooking on mine every couple of nights, but haven't made breakfast on it yet.
Yours looks very good. My kind of breakfast.
