On Valentines day smoker pete made a meatza pie that looked awesome. I said I would be grinding sausage for mine so here it is. A full pan of sausage meat about 1/4 inch thick. Check his link about 4 or 5 down from this for the recipe.

This is how much it shrunk when cooked.

Baked with all veggies, olives, peppers, artichokes, onions, tomatoes, sauce and Italian cheese blend.

Came out perfect. You didn't need a fork with this one.

The wife and I thought it was delicious. She said we would never be ordering pizza in again. Thanks Pete for the recipe. I can't wait to impress my friends with this one.

I cooked it in that pan. It is a 12 incher. You end up with a 10 inch pizza. Just drain the grease during cooking the sausage.
We only ate 1/2 of it because it was so filling.

Thanks NOS..I have a pan just like that one..gonna do it tonight. .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Looks so tasty and like one piece could fill one up.

WOW NOS, your sausage meatza pie looks simply scrumptious!! Love the way your slice holds up by itself.

The beauty of sharing recipes is that we get to tweak them and have fun enjoying the results. I'm definitely going to be making a sausage or beef/sausage combination in the near future.

Wow!
That takes the term "meat lover's pizza" to a whole new level. :D
