Smoked a turkey breast for 3 hrs at 225 to get some get some good flavor then put it in the SRG to finish.
Smoked using the Rec-Tec for the 3 hrs before finishing
Also did my 137th butt in infrared before fining the turkey :) (no pictures, ya'll seen enough of my butts) :o ;)

Thanks y'all, really is a delicious way to do a turkey.
Would have done the entire cook in my home but pellet SRG but it's not on wheels and with a bum knee it's hard to move around

Beautiful skin on that breast Tommy.
I have been finishing all my poultry smokes in the SRG (or BigEasy).

Hard to beat that's for sure! PBC may put out good yardbird but to me the SRG (Big Easy line) does gooder chicken to quote Dee :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
