Title: Not as good as Tom Horseman's cook but it was Yummy

Had two rib-eye's for Sunday dinner planned.   These were rubbed with Gunpowder and set in fridge for 24 hrs.

Cooked on the Little Smokey (well one was the other was ruined for Kimmie)  ???

Mine was great! Cooked to 135 then pulled hers was cooked (won't say IT  ??? ??? ???) but she was HAPPY! :D

That looks great. Well.... yours does. That's the way my Moms used to be. I had put hers on a half an hour early. LOL

After two weeks of cabbage soup & beans (no not baked beans) I would eat Kimmie's steak too ;D ;D ;D

I could eat either one, but definitely would prefer yours.
