Title: It was a big day today! Sold my....

Sold my Cheap offset smoker today!!! I was sick of burning so much fuel for every cook! Plus on top of that, my PBC is just killing the food lately. As I type this I have a nice rack of baby backs cooking away. I even went a bit out of the way and bought Stubbs briquettes... I can definitely smell the difference vs Kingsford. I am excited!

2 things I wanted to share...

1st Has anyone else tried Buck Naked's Seasonings/Rubs (I know how it sounds... ha ha ha). After trying out his hog rub, I think I bought his entire line up. So damn good!

2nd

In the past I have made my own bbq sauces.. I was gifted some Rufus Teague bbq sauce (Touch of Heat)... and I think I am in love. So good. I think you can get those on Amazon if I am not mistaken.

Anyway, hope everyone is having a great Sunday.

I am sure many a inferior smoker has been neglected and or sold once a Pit Barrel Cooker gets delivered  :)

I like the fact those buck naked rubs are reduced sodium. Gonna grab some
