Title: Beef Ribs, Pit Beans and Mexican Street Corn

First night I have had to cook in a really long time. I made up some Beef Ribs and Pit beans.

Next charred up some corn

Had a sauce made up of mayo, sour cream, Feta cheese, lime zest and juice, chipotle powder and garlic

Slathered the hot corn, topped with parsley because I had no Cilantro

Plated up.. gotta say it was awesome!!

Don't do beef ribs often enough but after seeing yours I will need to change that ...  Great job!!  :D :D
