Spent Saturday vending at a BBQ fest to help pay for our competition hobby. Cooked 100 racks of ribs, 20 pork butts, and four briskets. Made sandwiches , pulled pork nachos, and pulled pork parfait's. Sold out on a long hot day.

I wish you could have been here to Tommy. I could have used an extra set of hands

Nice set-up - I would totally support that if it were in my neck of the woods.

Nice set up. How do you like cooking on those gateway drums?. I haven't gotten a new smoker for a while. Wife said if I sell a few of the smokers on the side of my house I could get a new smoker. I love cooking on my pit barrel cooker but like the design of the gateways. 30 gallon for me.

Cook my pork butts on pellet smokers, briskets on a drum and 18 racks at a time on the other three drums.
