I seen these on the forums and got the instructions from TMB, tried them today and they were great good and tasty, I wrapped them in bacon, next time I will leave the bacon off. here's a few pictures enjoy.

Love Scotch Eggs, traditionally they don't have the bacon. They are really good with British HP Sauce (sort of like A1, Heinz 57 blend) or a good spicy mustard and a good cold beer. I need to fix me up a mess of them soon.
