Title: Chicken Wings on the Weber with the SnS and DnG

Another video cook. Wings were on the menu tonight. They were seasoned with Caribeque Honey Heat.
I used a couple chunks of plum wood in the SnS, which was burning KBB. The plum wood was excellent
on the chicken with a unique fruity taste. I will be trying the plum wood on some ribs soon.

Excellent cook.  Plum my favorite smoking wood.  Great on ribs.

Best place as far as I am concerned to buy wood chunks, small or large splits. Excellent variety of woods.
