Tim, it's texture is amazingly like meats. You can vary the ingredients to make it denser,think beef, or looser, think pork. My next rainy day project will be a roast with mushroom onion gravy.

Hey brother I'm happy to be able to be walking anywhere...but the disc course is special. You know, you've been down that path you don't want to see again!
