So, the texture is very meat like, Gene? Heck - I would try it. It certainly looks better than many most things I have cooked ;) ;D

Tim, it's texture is amazingly like meats. You can vary the ingredients to make it denser,think beef, or looser, think pork. My next rainy day project will be a roast with mushroom onion gravy.
