Hi guys,
Have been cooking on a Weber Smokey Mountain for the past 5 years, and always have a great time when I do. However, nowadays with a small family, I don't have a ton of time to smoke foods as much as I would like. I joined this forum to get some ideas for some quicker, less labor intensive techniques. Alteriormotive is to research some pellet grills with the hopes of convincing the wife it is a worthwhile investment.
Look forward to talking BBQ with all of you!

Suggestion -- before finding a specific pellet cooker, understand what to expect from them. Here's help: http://www.letstalkbbq.com/index.php?topic=2641.0

Also, don't be bashful and ask questions when you have them. Lots of experienced pellet cooker folks here.
