Title: Three turkey boulders for dinner
Post by: TMB on December 09, 2012, 07:42:10 PM
Here are three turkey boulders I cooked for a family Christmas dinner

After washing I dried and rubbed with oil + pulled the net lose from the meat so it will be easier to remove when cooked

The players I"m using to kick up the flavor. A big thanks toe Rick and Chrystal

They are sooooo easy and really good.   No bones to cut around and all are rt at 3 lbs so you know they will feed about 9 peaple each.  I love them!
