Title: Dark and Stormy Ribs
Post by: Kona on July 31, 2017, 09:24:08 AM
So I made some ribs in the theme of South Florida's weather, Dark and Stormy ribs based on the drink. I found the recipe online and they were pretty darn good. Sauce made of dark rum and ginger beer

I have seen a few rib cooks before.  Those look mighty good.  Got the recipe for the rum / ginger ribs?

Those look darn tasty!

Seems only fitting that you eat those with an actual  Dark and Stormy.

Let me help with that.   8) (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170731/2bc5c74e62df03f453105b72c1f57c66.jpg)

Perfect cocktail for the hot and humid weather we have had,  I have been   experimenting with different  recipes to find the best tasting one.  Tough job I know.   ::)

I actually go lime-less lol. I had my first dark and stormy when I was working in Bermuda, I think I drank them the entire week I was there
