Title: Pork Shoulders in the Bradley

Rubbed with OO,S&P,GS,OP. then into the Bradley @ 225*.  Smoke with Hickory

Out @160* and wrapped in foil, return to cooker until temp @ 210*

Oh My!  That looks so good.  I love pulled pork and yours looks incredible.
