Lifetime griller in Atlanta here. I've had various grilling devices for years, including a Weber gas grill, a hibachi, a Big Green Egg, and most recently, a Rec Tec pellet grill. Love the convenience of the Rec Tec. Just got it this week and am looking forward to experimenting. Great to find a community of outdoor cooking enthusiasts.

Welcome... I'm new to the forums too.. I'm also new to pellet smokers.. I have a pellet grill now that i'm not happy with, and I'll be ordering a Rec Tec Mini soon.  Which Rec Tec model did you go with?

I got the Rec Tec Mini and I'm loving it so far. It's amazing that it keeps a very steady temperature. That's the reason I chose the Rec Tec over other brands.
