Veal picata may just be my favorite Italian dish. I love a generous use of capers in the sauce...

That pan had a large handful of capers.  Also, mushrooms, garlic and chopped parsley.  Sauce is white wine and lemon juice with thin lemon slices.  Really tasty!  Phil
