The 100% black cherry is flipping great. Here's some ribs I did today using them with Oakridge dominator rub and the MAK 1 star set to 265. Outstanding IMO. Although I had to go easy on them due to being low carb and Dominator being a sweet rub. But, man this combo rocked.

Ribs look great! If you're watching carbs, it's surprising how good ribs are, simply seasoned with S&P and smoked.

I got in my order of 100% cherry pellets a couple days ago. I also planned on using them for a rib cook. Need to wait til my next day off. :'(
