Threw a few chicken thighs and drumsticks in the SRG last night.
Marinated with a jerk marinade and then smoked on low with some Jack Daniels whiskey barrel wood chips. Finished on high towards the end to crisp up the skin a bit and while that was working in the basket, threw on the grill top to do some asparagus.
Wife doesn’t normally care for a ton of smoke flavor, but it came out subtle enough to not be overwhelming.
