Marinaded a couple Costco Farmed Atlantic Salmon with Teriyaki, smoked at 180º for an hour, before bumping to 375º till the Salmon reached an IT of 145ºF. Seasoned Asparagus with EVOO and Fagundes Seasoning. Grilled Asparagus for about 5 minutes on each side.
