Just threw these in the MES30 for dinner. Should be ready around 5 PM

Rubbed them down with the last of T's Fine Swine and Bovine Rub. I know these will come out tasting great.

These don't get a lot of respect.  However, they are often on special for a good price at my grocery and I like to cook 'em every now and then.  I think they are easy to cook because they aren't as lean as more expensive loin cuts and don't dry out as easy.

The taste was great Tee.....Had a nice bark with a little heat to it but not too much, great flavor on the backside...you will see my name on your order form soon. Love the Fine Swine and Bovine Rub. I could have left them in the rub all week without getting salty. Next time I think I may do a 50/50 mix of Fine Swine and Bacon Savor to see how happy that makes my taste buds.

Great Ron!

You will also find that the chicken and bacon rubs are a match made in heaven for lots of different meats.

Looks good!

Mmmm... Love me some of them country ribs!

The wife is stopping by Wendy's on the way home. After seeing this, somehow Wendy's just doesn't sound all that good any more! :-\
