smoked pork butt
4# butt smoked at 200° for 18 hours
finished at 180°IT
sooo tender!

you don't even have to pull at it with the tines of the fork
you just push on it with the shoulder of the fork and it falls apart :)
we do need a separate category for electric smokers ;)
