There is a conspiracy that keeps all the good beef ribs back west of the big river  ::).  I wish I could get some like I used to buy when I lived in Oklahoma.  This post is making me homesick.

thanks ----NOW you find this. I just spent the last 5 days 24 miles from there and I love beef ribs. Gotta mark this place for next time.
