I just received their email about the new bags yesterday. Already planning on ordering some in a week or two. I need to make some elk sausage, and this looks interesting.

I have some Genoa salami, Soppressata salami, dry pepperoni, and capicola bagged and in the fridge as we speak. So far so good.
