Title: Pork tenderloin and Pretzel buns

My uncle's here for a visit. So I cooked two Tatonka Dusted pork tenderloins, that were wrapped in prociutto. We had Pretzel buns as sides, in which I cut some slices, that were filled with Swiss cheese. Then the zops of these buns were drizzled with a paste of EVOO, minced garlic.  shalot and persil. Both, tenderloins and buns were grilled indirectly at 390°F.

WC, that is a beautiful plate full of color and flavor!  Very nice job sir! I'll bet your uncle was proud!

Wow... jaw dropping and mouth watering create extreme drooling! That pork tenderloin looks amazing but the pretzel bun just pushes this cook over the top... nice work WC!
