Pork Loins on the SRG
« Reply #-1 on: October 29, 2014, 01:15:08 PM »
Thought I would try a little pork loin..  Wanted to try out a mixture of styles before I started doing any mods.

Seasoned them with a mixture garlic, cayenne, coarse ground, chili pepper, and cumin.  Let them sit for a few hours in the fridge and then on to some skewers.  Enjoyed a few adult type beverages and then put them in the SRG using some cherry for smoke.

Just coming out for a short rest..

Served it up with Au Gratin potatoes, fresh corn, and some stuffing..

Can't forget the Ring of Fire...  Love it on pork!!!

Enjoy!!   ;D
