If you re- read my posts, you will see that I quote the Mayo Clinic - and a research firm in the food chemistry industry. These are not TV show hosts. They are not dependent on "ratings" or "market share".  THAT is why I think the credibility of TV shows can be questionable. Not anti-TV - I just don't find that there is the same level of "vetting" . The TV news is but one great example..... ;D

Granted - not everyone is affected by MSG. This is not a " all in your head" thing, it is a physiological effect.  Maybe even an allergic reaction.

Kind of like if you are allergic to shellfish, you just should not eat it.
