welp, bought sally to cook excellent chicken.  away we go.....

turned sally on and let her warm up.



2 of my favorite chicken rubs.











nice crispy skin.  i burnt some of the wings.  learning is good.   it seems that the left side heats more.  maybe i need to turn the basket.

i will say my wife loved the wings.  a great showing for the 1st wing cook.  i get it down.

Those wings look darn proper!! Glad to see someone else knows about the magic of Miners Mix!! Sweet Lou"s Roast Rub is good eatin on chicken as well......
